Returns & Exchanges

The following policy applies only to purchases made online at www.shopkidstop.com.

Kidstop is happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed. Non-returnable items include special orders, gift cards, monogrammed merchandise, engraved gifts, Bogg bags, and sale items.

All eligible returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs back to us. Prepaid return labels are not provided. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional shipping charges will be applied for exchanges.
